      Hi there,
A lot of the fabrics we use are made up of polyester or cotton, or sometimes a blend of both. Polyester is useful in sports clothes because it’s lightweight, breathable and doesn’t absorb moisture like sweat. Cotton can feel nice and also keeps you cool, but it absorbs a lot of moisture which can then make it feel heavy. Have a look at the labels on your clothes to see what materials they’re made out of!
