      Hi loz,

Well… I’m afraid I’m not sure of the details of how it is made differently, but I really like the taste of New Zealand chocolate. To me it tastes creamy, and high quality. They also have a very wide range of flavours. My favourite flavour is “berry biscuit” with fruit and nut bits. New Zealand is typically very good at dairy product – cheese, milk, eggs, chocolate – since we have so much farm land. So I’m a proud New Zealand chocolate supporter.
