      Great Question…

      We had a problem with a very important piece of manufacturing equipment – we had to really understand how it worked and what the contributory factors were which caused it to be unreliable…

      this took a lot of problem solving and trials involving a team of Engineers and operators…. it was great to find the root cause of the problem in the end – very rewarding ..!!
