You’ll find that a lot of sports clothing is made out of polyester. This is because it’s lightweight, breathable and really good at not absorbing moisture like sweat, so your clothes still feel dry and cool even in hot weather. Have a look on the labels of your clothes as this will tell you what materials it’s made out of – you’ll soon see a trend!
